Semiconductor Engineering Products has been providing specialized replacement parts and sub assembly rebuilds for MBE and MOCVD tools since 2008.
By listening to tool users, we have developed products to help our customers find solutions to tool problems and help save them money by offering an alternative to parts and services offered by the original manufacturer.
OEM replacement parts can be expensive, lead times long and customer service sometimes lacking. As a result, Semiconductor Engineering Products, LLC was formed as an alternative.
The products that we offer are driven by customer demand. Our customers seek specific products that they no longer wish to source from the OEM.
Customer service is of paramount importance to us. We know that tool users do not have time to chase up late deliveries, wait for supplier call backs and often have to work with smaller and smaller budgets. Increase output and efficiency whilst decreasing cost. That is why we do all that we can to understand our customer's needs and priorities and to deliver them the best products and service possible.
